Seth Row from Stoel Rives will provide a high-level overview of common insurance issues that arise in the Ag sector. We will cover basic insurance terminology and concepts, and then dive into topics like pollution legal liability, vendor coverages, in-ground crop protection, the intersection of employer’s liability and contractual indemnity, premises liability, and how to protect products in shipment.
