Easement specialist Marc Hudson will answer your questions about working lands conservation easements - what they are, what they aren’t, and how they may be helpful in executing your agricultural business plans.

June Wiyrick Flores is an attorney at Schwabe Williamson & Wyatt who has worked int he areas of estates, trusts, corporate formation and tax planning since 2000. June works with a number of family businesses and farms.

Marc Hudson is the Rangeland Program Director at Oregon Agricultural Trust (OAT) and has advised over 100 working lands operations in 6 states on how to protect their operation, manage natural resource issues, and ensure financial stability.
